Ms. Conner has over 20 years of experience in the long term care industry, having worked with some of the largest CPA firms in the country and managing her own consulting practice specializing in services to the industry.  Projects have included accounting, tax and reimbursement consulting including extensive work in the areas of facility acquisition, reimbursement enhancements, and financial projections for financing.  At Advantage, Ms. Conner is working with senior management in the areas of acquisition analysis, financing and banking relationships, and financial reporting analysis for improved operational efficiencies.
